Who provides UploadQR

UploadQR is provided by Stratara OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. You can reach us at hello@uploadqr.com.

Use it for your event

Albums are for collecting photos and videos from an event’s guests. Don’t upload anything illegal, anything you don’t have the right to share, or content depicting the abuse of anyone. We remove such content and report it to the authorities where the law requires.

Reporting a problem

To report content in an album, or a copyright problem, email hello@uploadqr.com with the link. We act on reports promptly.

Plans and how long albums last

A free album takes up to 100 photos and videos (2 GB in total) and is kept for 30 days after your event. The Party pass ($19) raises that to 500 (15 GB) and keeps the album for 3 months; the Event pass ($39) to 5,000 (100 GB), kept for a year. Passes are paid once per album and counted from the day of purchase. Moving from the Party pass to the Event pass costs the difference. Single files can be up to 50 MB for photos and 500 MB for videos. Albums are deleted automatically when their time is up, so download what you want to keep.

Refunds

If a pass didn’t work for your event, email hello@uploadqr.com within 14 days of buying it and we’ll refund you in full.

Keep your host link safe

There are no accounts. The private host link is the key to the album, and anyone who has it can view and delete uploads. We can’t recover a lost link.
